Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Develops and administers staffing/employment/recruiting programs. Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s). Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives while conducting employment advertising campaigns. May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources. Develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs. To lead strategic and collaborative Talent Development initiatives that enhance employee growth, engagement, and performance. Collaborate with business leaders and Corporate L&D to identify development needs and design effective learning strategies. Develop and implement talent development plans, frameworks, and processes across departments. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs to support employee growth. May partner with external vendors and consultants to deliver specialized training solutions. Ensure alignment with global talent development standards and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (+) 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, development, learning & development, or HR. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities. Experience with learning technologies and performance analytics tools. Ability to work cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment. Business level English and native level Japanese communication skill Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (+) 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, development, learning & development, or HR.
