About the role As a TA Coordinator with Insight, you’ll be spearheading our mission to bring on board the best and the brightest by providing a seamless and exceptional candidate experience. As the first point of contact for candidates, you'll be able to make a lasting impression from the get-go! As a TA Coordinator you will: Support a fast paced, high volume global recruiting team with high priority deadlines Work directly with candidates scheduling interviews and candidate travel Support hiring managers with converting contractors to Full-Time teammates Administer pre-hire testing, references, offer letters, and ensure successful completion of pre-employment background screenings Managing a shared inbox to support large volume of requests Responsible for global candidate survey and manager survey feedback and data Handle special projects, as needed What we’re looking for 5+ years of experience providing high-touch level of support to teams of people 1 year experience supporting global teams, with proven ability to understand the nuance and different needs in different countries Ability to work against tight timelines with a high sense of urgency Strong communication skills – written and verbal Strong MS office skills What you can expect We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
