About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our instructor hiring efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent sourcing in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth interview experience Support the team in closing positions within defined timelines Eligibility Recent graduates (any discipline; however, technical backgrounds are preferred) Prior internship/experience in HR or recruitment is a plus What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management Opportunity to learn and use elite AI recruiting tools Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes Opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and leadership Fast learning environment with high ownership What We’re Looking For Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Basic understanding of tech roles and terminology (good to have) Excellent communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Duration & Location Duration: 3 months Location: Remote Shift - Semi night shift (5 PM to 2.30/3 AM)
