Job Title Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Talent Acquisition Leader Location India (Hybrid / On-site) (as applicable) Experience 15+ years in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Recruitment Leadership Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead and scale end-to-end recruitment operations across functions, geographies, and hiring models. This role is responsible for building a high-performing TA engine, aligning hiring strategy with business growth, and delivering predictable, high-quality talent outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to build scalable processes in fast-growing, complex organizations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership Own and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business, workforce planning, and growth objectives Partner closely with Business Leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and Leadership teams to translate hiring demand into actionable recruiting plans Drive annual and quarterly hiring plans, capacity modeling, and forecasting End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Lead full-cycle hiring across technology, product, business, G&A, and leadership roles Ensure consistent, fair, and high-quality hiring practices across all levels Oversee offer strategy, compensation alignment, negotiations, and closures Team Leadership & Capability Building Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing TA team (recruiters, sourcers, coordinators) Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards for the team Develop future-ready TA capabilities including sourcing excellence, stakeholder management, and candidate experience Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Excellence Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers Drive accountability and cadence in hiring through structured intake, reviews, and governance Influence and challenge stakeholders constructively to ensure quality hiring decisions Data, Analytics & Process Excellence Own TA metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and attrition linkage Leverage dashboards and insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes Build scalable, compliant recruitment processes aligned with company policies and labor laws Employer Branding & Talent Market Positioning Strengthen employer brand through campus programs, referrals, diversity hiring, and market engagement Partner with Marketing/HR to position the organization as an employer of choice Represent the company in industry forums, hiring events, and strategic partnerships Vendor & Technology Management Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, job boards, and assessment partners Own and optimize ATS and recruiting technology stack (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn, assessment tools) Drive ROI from recruitment investments and vendor partnerships Key Skills & Competencies Strategic Workforce Planning & Hiring Forecasting Executive Stakeholder Management Team Leadership & Talent Development Data-driven Decision Making & TA Analytics Strong Negotiation & Offer Closure Skills Process Design, Compliance & Governance Employer Branding & Market Intelligence High ownership, maturity, and business acumen Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred 15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant people-leadership exposure Proven experience scaling TA in high-growth, product/tech-driven or global organizations Hands-on experience with modern ATS and recruiting analytics Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and hiring compliance (plus global exposure preferred) Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition.
