Description
Typical Accountabilities Develop scientific strategies and programs to address unmet medical needs in priority disease areas. Serve as a national/regional expert by ensuring effective collaboration among the TA Medical team, brand team, clinical operations team, healthcare professionals, and external partners. Manage the TA Medical team in collaborating with the brand team process and advise healthcare professionals on relevant therapeutic areas. Foster an optimal environment for MSL (Medical Science Liaison) development, growth, and high performance. Build and maintain trust-based, peer-to-peer relationships between the TA Medical team and external stakeholders, ensuring AstraZeneca’s leadership in key therapeutic areas. Ensure compliance with relevant company and industry codes of conduct, as well as local regulations.
