Description

We’re hiring a TA & People Operations Project Manager to join us at a pivotal moment in our journey — and help shape the future of how we scale our People and Talent functions.
This is a brand-new contract role with a clear purpose: to bring structure, clarity, and excellence to our hiring and onboarding operations. You’ll work directly with two highly visionary, strategic leaders — our VP of Global People Operations and Director of Global Talent Acquisition — to build the foundations for how we work and grow. If you’re the kind of person who thrives in ambiguity, is energised by solving problems, and loves building processes from scratch, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact.
Location: Hybrid - London or Peterborough.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • You’ll have 25 days holiday, bank holidays & 2 volunteer days to use.
  • Your development matters, so access to our internal training provider – Bauer Academy, is a huge win.
  • We have enhanced Maternity/Adoption, Paternity and Shared Parental Leave Pay.
  • You’ll have the opportunity for flexible working.
  • And much more! Find the full details of our benefits here
Please Note: We are actively seeking this position. You should hear from us within 48 hours of the expiry date. Please note on some occasions the role may be closed before date shown or need to be extended.
Responsibilities
  • Build and document end-to-end processes across Talent Acquisition and People Operations, including workflows, RACI matrices, and SOPs.
  • Design and elevate the candidate experience from requisition to onboarding whilst championing operational excellence.
  • Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to align process with strategy.
  • Lead working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Take ownership of project plans, reporting, and communications.
