Here is how this role will help: Conduct targeted resume searches using various platforms and databases Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for niche roles Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and advanced filtering to find qualified candidates Proactively approach potential candidates through professional networks and social media Evaluate candidates' qualifications against complex job requirements Use structured phone screen techniques to gauge candidates’ proficiency against key requirements Create and maintain talent pools for hard-to-fill and recurring positions Provide insights to the TA team and hiring managers on talent market conditions Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and pipeline status Qualifications At Syngenta we are highly people focused – we look for professionals who are engaged, collaborative and excellent in execution.
