In this rare and rewarding role, you’ll manage your own portfolio of vacancies, leading end-to-end recruitment for our corporate teams while also supporting store leadership hiring. Your expertise will see you responsible for hiring manager briefings, coaching hiring managers and candidate through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding — As a trusted partner you will elevate our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding space throughout the entire journey.
You’ll work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and customer service ensuring every new Foot Locker team member feels welcomed and set up for success.
