Responsibilities: • Follow established steps of service for table service, ensuring prompt, friendly, and accurate dining experiences for guests  • Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication and collaborating effectively with team members • Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations • Clean and reset tables after guests finish dining  • Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area in a timely manner  • Assist in restocking ice, glassware, and dishware in assigned areas  • Replenish water, chips, and prepare salsa at each bar station  • Wrap and organize utensils for table settings • Assist in performing the duties of a Guest Services Attendant as needed • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by any manager or VP of Operations based on business needs  Qualifications: • 18+ years of age  • Comfortable engaging with the public  • Passionate about serving others  • Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience  • Able to communicate effectively in English  • Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays  Preferred: • Bilingual in Spanish Physical & Environmental Demands: • Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds  • Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills  • Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and  declines  • Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift  throughout shifts  • Able to work in confined spaces  • Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments  • Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure   Benefits: Casa Bonita also offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees.   Deadline to Apply: 04/30/26   All job applicants for duties to be performed at Casa must be Colorado residents at the time of application.
