Major Responsibilities/Activities: * Greet guests in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner * Deals assigned games while adhering to casino policies and procedures and to the Internal Control System (ICS) * Ability to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed by operations * Assists guests with monetary and chip transactions at the table * Verifies and completes fills and credits as deemed necessary by supervision * Verifies games’ chip count at Open and Close of Table Games * Notifies direct supervisor of any irregularities on his/her assigned table to maintain security of their game and casino assets * Educates players on the proper rules and procedures of his/her assigned game * Maintains a clean and neat playing area for the guest * Remains current on federal currency reporting requirements (Title 31) as it relates to Table Game player activity * Computes payable odds to pay winning wagers and collects losing wagers * All other duties as assigned by management pertaining to the performance of casino operation Minimum Requirements: * Preference to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members * Good working knowledge of a variety of table games that are offered (i.e. Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, etc). * Good math skills * Six months experience in a customer service environment preferred. * Professional appearance * Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred * Must be able to obtain and maintain a SASC Gaming License * A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the company’s choice, through a payroll deduction program. * All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
