In this role, you will provide excitement and entertainment to our guests under the Dealer Supervisor’s direction, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at all table games and maintaining an excellent rapport with the guests and staff. Table Games Dealers maintain all company policies, procedures and BCLC regulations.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION, & EDUCATION:

• Minimum one-year experience in a customer service role
• Outstanding customer service & interpersonal skills
• To obtain a Gaming Policy Enforcement Branch (GPEB) license

• Providing exceptional guest service and conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner
• Work closely with Dealer Supervisors, Shift Manager and the Management team to ensure a well-run gaming floor
• Promotes the facilities, events and services to all guests
• Assist guests with game rules
• Promote and maintain positive relations with all guests and staff
