Shift: TBD Days Off: TBD Evenings & Nights shifts needed.  Weekend available required.  $7.60/hour          Get paid when you need it – daily, weekly or biweekly! Think you have what it takes to join the diverse, top-notch team at Iowa’s No. 1 entertainment destination?  What you’ll be responsible for: * Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous guest service to players in accordance with standard procedures and processes.  * Explaining aspects of the game to players and maintaining the integrity of the game. * Processing all cash and properly handling and accounting for assigned property items.   * Dealing multiple games, depending on training and acquired proficiency.   * Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while delivering an outstanding gaming experience for all guests. * Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to perform basic math functions required. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Finger dexterity is a must as shuffling and dealing cards is required. Must be able to identify cards and pay/collect bets. Standing and walking for 8-10 hour shifts. Fast-paced environment with secondary smoke and loud noise. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. is required. Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply. Must demonstrate proficiency in dealing one or more games, acquired through training or experience. Must pass quarterly audits for accuracy, speed, and game pace set by the department.  Note: Must attend a paid dealer training school and pass audition to be placed on casino floor (not to exceed 80 hours of training).  Can audition early as candidates meet/exceed gaming knowledge and customer service requirements. Dealer school is offered during day hours.    
Responsibilities
The dealer is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous guest service while explaining game aspects and maintaining game integrity. This includes processing cash, accounting for assigned items, and dealing multiple games based on training and proficiency.
