Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Working days and times may vary. Supervising the operation of up to seven gaming tables. Ensuring fills/credits are handled in accordance with regulations and policies. Promoting positive guest relations. Assist in answering questions or resolving disputes. In collaboration with shift manager, coordinate dealer work schedules and ensure that games are supplied with sufficient and proper equipment. Creating a positive, professional atmosphere for team members and guests. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and knowledge that includes: College degree or equivalent experience. Minimum five years’ experience in multiple casino games, including Craps, Baccarat, and Black Jack, and operations with appropriate licensure and progressive supervisory experience. Working knowledge of State of Colorado Gambling regulations and rules. Creating a fun atmosphere for all guests. Instilling an atmosphere that encourages team members to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve conflicts. Encouraging mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all team members by setting positive examples. Retaining team members through involvement in training and development. Explain why we do things, in advance of doing them. Ability to read and comprehend all documentation. Ability to always communicate effectively, with all levels of team members and guests. Ability to speak, read and write English. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Salary: $25 - $30/ hr.
