Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise dealers.
  • Monitor all procedures governing the opening and closing of games and shift changes.
  • Ensure that games are supplied with adequate and operable equipment.
  • Ensure that the integrity of the game is protected at all times.
  • Communicate with incoming/outgoing shift supervisors about players.
  • Report violations, irregularities or suspicious activities to Director of Table Games, Surveillance, Security, or MOD.
  • Make credits and pit fills when needed.
  • Promote positive customer and employee relations.
  • May explain and interpret operating rules of house to Casino guests.
  • Provide assistance and expertise when dealing with concerns or disputes between customers and the game/house.
  • Tend to the needs of the players, such as drinks, players card, etc. by communicating with other departments.
  • Watch players for intoxication, card counters, or other suspicious activities.
  • Record high action players.
  • Must make sure the dealers are dealing all game types according to the procedures set by the casino.
  • Records Table chip tray inventories at the beginning and end of shift.
  • 24 Hour Drop
  • Verifies accuracy of fills brought to or credit taken from a gaming table chip tray.
  • Safeguards contents of table tip tray.
  • Observes opening and closing of games and monitors games operation.
  • Fill in credit slips/guest drafts.
  • Title 31 training, re-training, and compliance.
  • Performs related and/or other duties as required
