Overview:

  • A Dual Rate Supervisor/MANAGER is responsible for overseeing the operation of table games to ensure compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and exceptional guest service standards. In terms of the dual rate capacity, the employee serves primarily as Table Games Floor Supervisor but assumes Table Games Manager responsibilities when assigned, managing a broader scope of operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately track player transactions through the player tracking system.
  • Monitor assigned pit area to ensure games are dealt with according to internal controls, gaming regulations, and departmental policies.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to dealers to maintain game integrity and outstanding customer service.
  • Handle guest disputes professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor dealer performance, game pace, and table limits to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Verify fills, credits, and table drop procedures are conducted accurately and securely
  • Ensure all required documentation, ratings and reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate operational needs and concerns to Table Games Manager and Senior Table Games Manager.
