Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Passion for delivering a fun, energetic, and positive training experience for team members! Demonstrate dealing procedures for Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, and specialty games through training and instruction. Ensure compliance with Colorado gaming regulations, internal controls, and casino policies while safeguarding game integrity. Collaborate with Table Games leadership to recommend and develop enhancements to training programs and materials. Facilitate onboarding new team members into the department. Provide support in daily operations, including supporting other departments' interactions with Table Games activities. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have previous Gaming experience and knowledge that includes: · Proven experience as a casino dealer with expertise across multiple table games. · Exceptional communication and presentation skills. · Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate individuals at varying skill levels. · Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to game integrity. · In-depth knowledge of Colorado gaming regulations and casino operations. · Prior experience in training or supervisory roles. · Requires prolonged standing during demonstrations and instructional sessions. · Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on training schedules. Salary $35/ hour Applicants will be considered for seven days; post expires 3/29.
