Candidates should possess hands-on industry experience applying Tableau for business intelligence, trend analysis, and stakeholder reporting, along with relevant qualifications in IT, Data Analytics, or Business. Professional certifications like Tableau Desktop Specialist and ACTA/ACLP are preferred. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and familiarity with virtual training platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom) are essential.
