As a Travel Specialist, you'll be the face of Tablet, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring unforgettable experiences. What’s your Mission? Customer Delight: Convert new users into loyal customers, resolve issues swiftly, and anticipate customer needs. Expert Support: Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, providing hotel recommendations, booking assistance, and technical support. Efficient Operations: Maintain timely communication, accurately input data, and adhere to processes. Brand Ambassador: Represent CPM and Tablet with professionalism and enthusiasm. What we look for: Language Skills: Fluency in German and excellent English (written and spoken). Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and chat platforms. Problem-Solver: Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to challenges. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently. Adaptability: Flexibility to work with different systems, processes, and clients. Travel Industry Experience: Preferred, but not essential.
