Description La Posada Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Restaurant Food Staff/Waitstaff to provide exceptional dining experiences. This role ensures guests are served promptly and professionally while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Where You Can Make an Impact: Greet guests and guide them through the dining experience. Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests. Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set. Process payments and maintain accurate billing records. Collaborate with the team to provide seamless service. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Requirements Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have Food Handlers & TABC permit. Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic food and beverage handling procedures. Positive attitude and teamwork orientation. Attention to detail and a professional demeanor. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
