Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Operations Warmly greet every client entering and exiting the clinic Manage check-in, check-out, and payment processes Provide accurate information about treatments, packages, retail, and promotions Address client questions professionally and courteously Maintain confidentiality and uphold SEV service standards Sales & Service Promotion Actively promote services, memberships, and retail products Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or upgrades Support clinic sales goals through product knowledge and engagement Maintain up-to-date familiarity with pricing and promotions Scheduling & Administrative Support Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments Answer phone calls with elevated phone etiquette Respond to emails and voicemails promptly Utilize booking and client-management systems efficiently Support scheduling flow and operational updates Office & Treatment Room Support Open and close clinic per Standard Operating Procedures Maintain a clean, stocked, organized front desk and lobby Assist with transitional cleaning of treatment rooms as needed Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low Training & Team Support Participate in required service and sales training Model SEV service standards and professionalism Support onboarding of new team members Contribute positively to team culture Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred. A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance Ability to work independently Weekend availability required Working Conditions: Fast-paced, client-facing environment Standing for extended periods Frequent interaction with clients and team members Exposure to office equipment and cleaning supplies Scheduling Requirements: Must be available to work up to 4 days per week including weekends Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day.
