Responsibilities

LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner improving people’s lives around the world – and that is why we need you. In particular, at our plant in Segrate we manufacture semi-solid dermatological products (creams, ointments, gels) corticosteroids and non-topical use.
Within the Supply Chain Operations function, you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.
Your role
As our Tactical Planner, reporting to the Senior Tactical Planner, you will be responsible to analyze and define the medium-long term plan, to evaluate risks and opportunities ensuring proper markets coverage and coordinating finished goods shipments.

More in detail, your will:

  • Be a key person in the S&OP/IBP cycle
  • Ensure adequate supply of finished products to LEO Pharma subsidiaries and Third Parties through different tools (e.g.: SAP APO, SAP ECC)
  • Garantee the proper stock coverage, meet the market requests balancing the capacity utilization
  • Track Plant KPIs (e.g.: Net sales impact, OTIF, OEE, Forecast accuracy, …)
  • Ensure the continuous improvement process: comply with Global goals by monitoring actual data and proposing improvements and/or corrective actions
  • Maintain adequate training as required by GMP standards, safety and environmental protection laws

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, following qualifications are reccomended:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration
  • Italian and English Fluency (Level B2)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office work tools (excel in particular), nice to have: SAP and Power BI
  • Previous experience in Demand Planning, Logistics or Production is desirable
