JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking highly trained and professional Tactical Security Guards to join our team. As a Tactical Security Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and sensitive areas. This position is ideal for individuals with strong situational awareness, excellent physical fitness, and the ability to perform under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of security operations, protocols, and emergency response procedures.
  • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties such as patrolling, standing long hours and responding to incidents.
  • Must possess or be eligible to obtain necessary security licensing and certifications (e.g., state-issued guard card, firearms permit, etc.).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of advanced defensive tactics and first aid/CPR.
  • Familiarity with access control systems and surveillance technologies.
  • Training in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure the safety of individuals and property.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including security breaches, medical incidents, and threats.
  • Conduct risk assessments and report suspicious activities or security vulnerabilities.
  • Utilize advanced security equipment, including surveillance systems, communication devices, and protective gear.
  • Provide access control by verifying identification and authorizations.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed incident reports and logs for review and follow-up.
  • Engage in routine drills and training to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.
