This is a branch-based full-time role, and we are looking for someone with a great personality who wants to give amazing service and is passionate about what they do! Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: You will be required to carry out all types of alterations and repairs working: Shortening and lengthening all types of garments Taking in or letting out garments to adjust the size Replace broken zippers in garments • Other related repair / alterations work Curtain shortening Help serve customers in the branch and discuss their needs including fittings As part of your job role, you will be expected to complete an "act of kindness" for customers or colleagues every day.
