Job Description Adjust and alter uniforms according to individual measurements, including taking in or letting out garments Adjust length of dresses, skirts, trousers, sleeves, and jackets Modify waistlines, shoulders, cuffs, and hems Perform tailoring repairs, including seams, zippers, buttons, hooks, and fastenings Repair minor fabric damage caused by wear and tear Ensure alterations meet company quality and appearance standards Work with various uniform types, including dresses, trousers, shirts, blazers, and vests Follow approved design guidelines and avoid unauthorised modifications Maintain a clean and organised tailoring workspace Handle, label, and track uniforms during the alteration process Communicate with the Uniforms team regarding timelines and garment issues Support sustainability by extending garment usability Qualifications Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress Proven education in alteration Strong knowledge of garment construction and alteration techniques Ability to work with different fabrics and designs High attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience in high-volume alteration environments ability to work office hours 9:00 -18:00 ability to use sewing machines and tailoring tools ability to work on site must speak English or Russian Additional Information If you are interested, please apply by adding your CV in English until February 27, 2026 The purpose of processing personal data which candidate submits to Evolution Georgia is to manage applications in view of possible pre-selection and further recruitment at Evolution.
