Description
Responsible for managing (1) welfare services (food, accommodation, transportation), (2) general affairs On-site management responsibilities. Support company-related activities as needed. Tasks include contractor management. Prioritize safety first and quality above all. Stay in sync with quality management audit standards, using standard procedures to ensure work safety and quality. Encourage feedback and propose solutions. Emphasize teamwork and mutual assistance, willing to help the team with problems or tasks. Make decisions based on scientific data and logical reasoning. Curious, optimistic, lively, proactive, and disciplined. Understand and practice TPM and the 7-Habits principles. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related fields such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, automation control, civil engineering, architecture, interior design, and catering. Experience in facility management or commercial catering management is valued. Broad background in facility systems, electrical and mechanical installations, and civil engineering, with semiconductor facility equipment experience being a plus. Good computer skills, including data processing and analysis, spreadsheets, and the ability to manage and guide internal and external resources. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the management team. Leadership and teamwork skills, ability to multitask, and make decisions with minimal guidance or consultation.
Responsibilities
