Description
SPS- Serve as the point of contact for process related activities and communications for a given Site Managed [SM] or Site Managed Plus (SM+) locations, including supported sites. Accountable for organizing and hosting business process review and for demonstrating compliance Responsible for managing Facility system and utility supply quality management. Tasks include contractor management. Prioritize safety first and quality above all. Comply with quality management audit standards, using standard procedures to ensure work safety and quality. Encourage feedback and propose solutions. Emphasize teamwork and mutual assistance, willing to help the team with problems or tasks. Make decisions based on scientific data and logical reasoning. Curious, optimistic, lively, proactive, and disciplined. Understand and practice TPM and the 7-Habits principles. Graduates from national universities in engineering or related fields such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, automation control, civil engineering, architecture, interior design, and catering. Experience in facility management or commercial catering management is a plus. Broad background in facility systems, electrical and mechanical installations, and civil engineering, with semiconductor facility equipment experience being a plus. Good computer skills, including data processing and analysis, spreadsheets, and the ability to manage and guide internal and external resources. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the management team. Leadership and teamwork skills, ability to multitask, and make decisions with minimal guidance or consultation. Facility System & Quality Management: Job Objectives: You will be a facility engineer at the Tainan plant, responsible for maintaining 24/7 plant operations. Establish a management system that complies with RBA & ISO standards. Maintain plant environment, minor electrical and mechanical repairs, and civil engineering management, complying with RBA & ISO standards. Initially support plant expansion projects and establish defined workflows until operation. SCADA, SPC monitoring, and on-site abnormal handling capabilities, routine plant inspection management, complying with RBA & ISO standards. Experience in facility system management is a plus. Ability to design, maintain, and manage semiconductor pure water, wastewater supply and discharge systems. Ability to design, maintain, and manage semiconductor power supply systems. Ability to design, maintain, and manage semiconductor gas and chemical supply systems. Ability to design, maintain, and manage semiconductor HVAC systems. Apply FMS and quality management systems, handle internal audit management tasks, and comply with external audit management reviews, complying with RBA & ISO standards. Ensure stable and consistent fluid supply, learn the principles of facility supply, observe and practice on-site, and formulate globally consistent control monitoring points and audit frequencies.
