• Be the welcoming face of Swiss Chalet: greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, and take their food and drink orders accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring every guest receives exactly what they ordered.
• Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing any guest needs or inquiries.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Handle guest payments, including cash and card transactions, using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, adhering to all health and sanitation standards.
• Occasionally assist with food preparation tasks as part of our team effort.
