Job Description talabatYouth our 6-month graduate internship program is designed to equip high-potential graduates with the skills, experience, and exposure needed to thrive in a full-time role. Whether you’re exploring data, engineering, or commercial functions, you’ll gain hands-on experience, solve real business challenges, and rotate across teams to develop a well-rounded understanding of our operations. Interns are evaluated continuously, mentored by senior leaders, and empowered to make a real impact from day one. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role in 2026. Eligibility criteria Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Computer Science or related field Graduation year: 2025 and 2026 GPA Requirement: 3.5 or above Participation in extracurricular activities is a must Previous internships is a plus Basic understanding of backend development and cloud systems Eagerness to learn distributed systems and testing best practices Strong communication and feedback-oriented mindset What You’ll Be Doing Work on real technical challenges across distributed backend systems Learn by pairing with engineers and practicing XP principles Contribute to backend development using .NET, Golang, or C# Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable services Qualifications Preferred Skills Experience with relational/non-relational databases Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and automated testing Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Work on technical challenges across distributed backend systems using .NET, Golang, or C#. Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable services while pairing with engineers and practicing XP principles.
