CTG is seeking a Talend Platform Engineer to manage, optimize, and develop Talend data integration solutions across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments. This role combines Talend administration with hands-on ETL/ELT development for large-scale data pipelines, cloud integrations, and CI/CD deployment automation. Location: Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; or Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Install, configure and upgrade Talend components OnPrem and Cloud (TAC, JobServer, ESB, MDM, Talend Cloud) Manage repositories, projects, users, and access roles Configure Git / SVN version control integration. Repository backups and restore procedures Setup/manage Dev, QA, UAT, Production environments DR Setup and Failover Readiness. Build and Manage CI/CD deployment pipelines and artifact promotion Monitor JobServer performance, job execution failures and troubleshoot platform issues Manage secrets, credentials, certificates in Vault Performance Optimization, Tune JVM memory, JobServer configs, database connections Required Skills: Talend Administration & Development (TAC, JobServer, Cloud) Linux / Unix commands CI/CD tools (Gitlab and Gitlab CICD Pipeline) Basic Database knowledge (Snowflake etc.) Experience & Education: Proven experience managing Talend environments and developing ETL/ELT solutions Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
