  • Collaborate with department heads to understand the comprehensive job role and its requirement, in relation to the events industry.
  • Create and post job listings on platforms, company’s website and social media.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards and networking events.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist applicants and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills and fitness for the job role/organization.
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and background checks to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, initial briefing and orientation.
  • Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements to ensure the recruitment process is in compliance.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry hiring trends
  • Assist in a few admin related tasks or any adhoc Company related tasks
  • Any Company related task assigned by the CEO
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
