The People and Talent function manages recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance to ensure a positive, productive workplace culture. Meanwhile, the Reception team handles daily front-of-house duties, including visitor management, communications, and administrative support. Role Overview: Talent Acquisition Administrator to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of recruitment activities. You will be working as part of a large driven, supportive, and dynamic team, with a strong culture of sharing experience, knowledge, and skills. Down Hours | Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm Salary | Competitive Depending on Experience Responsible to | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist What You'll be Doing The role provides comprehensive support to the People & Talent team across the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, including posting vacancies, managing the ATS, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and communicating promptly with candidates and hiring managers. It involves preparing offers and contracts, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking spreadsheets, generating monthly recruitment KPIs, and supporting sourcing efforts and recruitment campaigns. The position also assists with internal and external talent events, ensures smooth onboarding by coordinating with relevant departments on new starter requirements, manages employee referral vouchers, and performs additional duties as needed to maintain efficient and effective People & Talent operations.
