About the role Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department in the area of Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintains 201 file monitoring. Ensure completeness of 201 files prior to onboarding. Prepare employee materials (IDs, uniforms, etc.). Assist in managing the recruitment process through contractors. Foster and maintain good relationships with contractors Assist in organising and facilitate onboarding process for new employees and on-the-job training personnel. Sort and file HR related documents. Adhere to all the company and departmental policies. Qualifications: Essential College graduate of any degree but preferably in Psychology, Behavioural Studies, or Human Resources Management Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and HRIS applications. Organised, meticulous, team player and results oriented.
