Job Description Why consider joining our team? 🤔 Be at the centre of PA’s hiring engine, supporting high-impact recruitment across the business Work in a forward-thinking team embracing AI and automation Gain exposure to strategic projects and grow your career in a supportive, inclusive environment What you can expect 🌱 Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office to be with colleagues – you'll be part of a small team of administrators enabling our recruiters to hire fast Coordinate high-volume recruitment processes from interview to verbal offer Manage candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure smooth, timely processes (in different time zones) in our ATS, SmartRecruiters Handle interview logistics, including room bookings and feedback sessions Use Excel to raise and track purchase orders for agencies and search firms Use AI insights and data to drive process improvements Collaborate with recruiters to identify opportunities for automation (e.g. self-scheduling where appropriate) **LONDON BASED Qualifications Essential requirements ✅ Experience using ATSs to coordinate high-volume recruitment processes Experience in a fast-paced admin or recruitment support role Highly organised with high attention to detail An ability to quickly prioritise (and re-prioritise) your workload when needed Clear communication and proactive solve problem mindset Experience using systems and data to improve processes Curiosity (and ideally experience) using AI and automation in recruitment About you: You are highly collaborative and thrive in a fast-paced environment A proactive problem-solver, you communicate promptly and clearly (e.g. you prefer to call someone to solve an issue instead of waiting) You love data You are curious to learn about and implement AI / automation solutions A constant focus on enabling outstanding experiences for candidates Apply today by completing our online application Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance.
