The Role As our Talent Acquisition Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our recruitment activity, supporting Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver a high-quality, candidate-focused recruitment experience. From job setup through to onboarding, you’ll manage the detail, coordinate the process and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also support recruitment systems, assist with process improvements and contribute to projects that help strengthen and streamline our recruitment operations. Your key responsibilities Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval through to onboarding. Deliver end-to-end recruitment support for entry-level, high-volume and internal-only roles, including internal campaigns, secondments and backfills. Create, update and manage job requisitions and candidate records in Cornerstone (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Post job advertisements across internal and external platforms, including updates and closures. Coordinate interview scheduling (phone, virtual and face-to-face) and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate pre-employment checks, letters of offer, employment contracts and pre-boarding activities to support a smooth new starter experience. Manage shared recruitment inboxes and online ticketing systems, responding to recruitment-related queries from candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate, compliant digital employee records and onboarding documentation, ensuring confidentiality and employment requirements are met. Support the People Partnering & Operations team and key stakeholders with day-to-day recruitment and people administration support as required. Identify, recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes, systems and workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency and candidate experience. What we’re looking for Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR administration, or a similar support role within a people-focused environment. Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline – highly desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with a range of stakeholders. Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outcomes. High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing documentation and systems. Demonstrated ability to understand the broader organisational context and apply this perspective when responding to people-related queries. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly desirable; exposure to Cornerstone is advantageous but not essential. To view the full position description, click HERE.
