WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Data & Reporting: increase transparency of progress, challenges & opportunities through accurate data and reporting. Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to create reports which influence business decisions and create positive outcomes. You will be responsible for creating and / or ensuring the accuracy of dashboards sometimes in collaboration with other teams.
• Project Management & Content Creation: lead on key initiatives including creating agile project plans, managing project timelines & outcomes, collaborating broadly across teams to understand key requirements & ensure tools are fit for purpose. You will proactively design content for initiatives and also manage translations, support launch of new initiatives & measure success. Current examples include Assessment & Selection; Capability Training; Content creation for online Talent Attraction campaigns & events.
• Other ad-hoc duties include, but are not limited to: newsletters, scheduling & supporting online Townhalls, calendar of activities and communications.
