Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, engaging, and inclusive recruitment experience. Working closely with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll support the full hiring process - from advertising roles to coordinating interviews - ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed.
You’ll be a consistent point of contact for candidates and a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping shape how people experience our organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Post job adverts across internal and external platforms, including our ATS (Networx), LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Design and deliver engaging recruitment campaigns, including direct sourcing for key roles.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, particularly for high-volume roles, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers.
  • Schedule interviews (in-person and virtual) and support hiring managers with preparation and feedback.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely, constructive communication throughout their journey.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, inclusion networks, and advertising platforms.
  • Contribute to our advertising strategy by sharing insights on digital channels, SEO, and emerging trends.
  • Act as a “super user” of our ATS, helping improve functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate across the Talent Acquisition team to provide cover and maintain consistency during absences.
  • Work with our Talent Acquisition Coordinator to issue offers and onboard new starters.
  • Support wider Talent Acquisition and People team initiatives and projects.
