Description
The Role Savills Middle East is seeking a driven and professional Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our residential recruitment team in Dubai. This role focuses exclusively on identifying and attracting experienced residential sales brokers across the UAE to join our growing teams in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the continued expansion of our residential sales division, representing the Savills brand in the market, and ensuring we engage and hire the highest caliber of real estate professionals. Key Responsibilities Proactively headhunt experienced residential sales brokers within the UAE real estate market. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and targeted market mapping. Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with Savills’ standards and values. Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and deliver qualified shortlists. Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage. Represent Savills professionally at all times, promoting our global reputation and employer brand. Actively participate in social and team-building activities outside of the office, including fitness and wellness initiatives with the brokerage team. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging social media content that promotes brand awareness and strengthens Savills’ presence across the region. Skills, Knowledge and Experience A Minimum of 1 year’s experience in recruitment, ideally within the real estate sector, or as a Dubai based residential broker. Strong knowledge of the UAE residential sales market. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional presentation. Proven ability to build relationships and influence candidates effectively. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about people, real estate, and representing a leading international brand.
Responsibilities
