Description
Company Description You can help bring our villages to life, as a Talent Acquisition Advisor based in either our Wellington or Auckland office! At Summerset, from the moment we start developing a village, to when our residents call it home, it’s the passion and dedication of our people that brings our villages to life. We are one team united by being part of something bigger – to bring the best of life to our residents. The way we work is guided by our values – One Team, Strong Enough to Care and Strive to Be the Best. We know it takes a collective effort to bring a village to life and help it thrive, so Summerset is a place where everyone’s uniqueness and diversity can shine. Job Description This isn’t your standard internal recruitment role, it’s fast-paced, energising, and full of purpose. As a Talent Advisor, you’ll pair up and manage a regional portfolio, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring on board amazing people across a wide variety of roles. These include clinical specialists, hospitality, property, leadership and entry-level employees. You’ll typically have around 25+ active roles each at any one time. You’ll be deeply embedded in your portfolio, developing trusted relationships with leaders and delivering end-to-end recruitment, from briefings, advertising and screening, right through to offer. No two days are the same, and you’ll love the mix of pace, variety and genuine connection. Your work will directly impact the quality of life for our residents and the culture of our villages, and that’s something to feel proud of. Qualifications Our internal recruitment team of five is experienced, collaborative, and a great bunch to work with. You’ll work closely with the team but we’re also looking for someone who brings confidence, energy and independence to the role. To thrive here, you’ll bring: At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment (agency or internal) A people-first approach and strong relationship-building skills Initiative, adaptability, and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease Drive and accountability – you keep things moving and deliver on your promises Experience using SmartRecruiter is a bonus, but not essential, we’ll teach you what you need to know.
