We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent and Transition team. This position supports the delivery of recruitment services to their customer groups ensuring compliance and consistency across the recruitment life-cycle.
We have both full-time permanent and 12-month maximum term roles available, based at our head offices in Redfern (NSW) or Blackburn (VIC). Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with a mix of office and work-from-home days.

You will successfully

  • Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Workday, TSA benefits, and salary packaging, and communicate these confidently.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates and support recruitment activities such as organising advertising, interviewing, testing and integrity checking.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • Make informed recruitment decisions aligned with TSA guidelines and processes.
  • Build strong relationships with TA Consultants and People & Culture teams to ensure consistent recruitment support.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects that enhance policies, procedures, and practices.

This position is a great pathway to start your talent acquisition career and/or build further your TA experience.

You will have

  • A degree qualification in HR, Business, or similar field (desirable)
  • Experience in a HR/Recruitment support/business administration role or similar
  • Working knowledge of Workday or other HRIS (desirable)
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and managing stakeholders (desirable)
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite programs and capabilities
  • Strong communication and and collaborative skills
