There will be the opportunity to represent Thompsons at job fairs across the UK, so travel will be a part of this role,

As well as day to day recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Advisor manages end-to-end hiring for Trainees, Apprentices, and Work Experience placements, build partnerships with universities, and champion our employer brand. They also provide essential administrative support, from scheduling interviews and coordinating background checks to maintaining accurate recruitment records.
