Overview We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter who operates as a true talent partner to the business. This role goes beyond filling open roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to shape hiring strategies, influence decisions, and deliver high-quality talent for critical corporate and professional roles. This role requires a blend of strategic talent sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, data driven decision-making, and process excellence to support our talent acquisition goals. Responsibilities 1) Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies. 2) Lead end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance with clear ownership on quality and timelines. 3) Build proactive pipelines for critical and recurring roles to reduce time-to-find and time-to-accept. 4) Source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and niche channels. 5) Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends. 6) Conduct structured interviews, facilitate hiring manager debriefs, and enable data-backed decisions. 7) Manage offer creation and negotiations in partnership with HR and Total Rewards. 8) Deliver a consistent, high-touch candidate experience aligned with employer branding and EVP. 9) Track key recruitment metrics and use insights to improve hiring outcomes. 10) Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments applying the interviewing framework and standards to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and culture add. Qualifications 6+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally within corporate or professional hiring. Proven success hiring for complex, niche, or senior-level roles. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively. Solid understanding of market mapping, talent intelligence, and sourcing strategies. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and modern recruiting tools. Structured, data-driven approach with high ownership and accountability.
