The Talent Acquisition and Branding Manager serves as a key leadership role within the People and Culture Department at Total Care Services, Inc. & Everyday We Care, LLC. This position supports the strategic direction, development, and implementation of talent acquisition, employer branding, and community outreach initiatives that align with the organization’s mission, values, and goals.
Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role designs and executes innovative recruiting strategies to elevate the organization’s employer brand, attract top talent from diverse pipelines, and strengthen community relationships. The position requires a seasoned professional with experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations, human services program recruitment, and employer brand advocacy. The manager leverages advanced sourcing tools, social media platforms, and data-driven insights to deliver exceptional hiring results in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of human services program recruitment and mission-driven talent engagement.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing tools.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create compelling recruitment content and convey brand messaging through storytelling.
- Skilled in interpreting and applying recruitment analytics to improve strategies.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and diplomacy in sensitive situations.
- Strategic thinking and project management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, or related field (required); Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition with a focus on employer branding and community outreach.
- Demonstrated success in building diverse talent pipelines and implementing succession planning strategies and succession planning integration.
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or social services recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment, campus, and community events.

Work Environment: This is a hybrid position - work from your home office* with local community visits.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
