The Talent Acquisition and People Advisor will ensure we recruit people with the talent, skills, and values-fit we need now and into the future. This role will also support our P&C Business Partners by providing frontline advice and support on a wide range of people matters such as award interpretation, managing complex employment arrangements, and support for performance management.
You will be responsible for recruitment across our organisation, managing recruitment campaigns from briefing through to appointment, as well as working with hiring managers to find tactical responses to local or specialist recruitment needs. You will monitor our workforce plans, and ensure we are planning to meet our current and emerging needs.
