You will be responsible to support TA team including interfacing with internal related parties, candidates, and vendors during the recruitment process. Support end to end candidate selection process – by conducting: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling also interviewing for junior level, such as interns, apprentice and officer level. Maintain the candidate workflow in the ATS (Application Tracking System, current: SmartRecruiter) updated Supporting the creative job adverts – if needed and other recruitment materials. Example: Create the visual design Delivery of recruitment process with stressing on admin supporting, employer branding and sourcing also projects. Focused on providing high levels of service and quality to stakeholders and clients. Ensure candidates receive an excellent experience. Support for PPT presentation creation, arrangement of meeting / events. Protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of data and file Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree of Psychology or related. Fresh graduate or max 1.5 years of internship in HR Talent Acquisition. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Confident communicator both verbally and in writing with a strong command of English. Ability to create action plans with solutions. Proactive, positive, mature and results-driven attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Preferably has experience in recruitment in organization / company and understand good sourcing approaches to attract suitable candidates. Preferably has experience in interviewing and assessment methods or tools. Ability to build good relationships with stakeholders.
