Description:

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Talent Acquisition Associate (6 month fixed term contract) in the DACH-region, you will focus on supporting the local managers in Germany with recruitments to our warehouses in the region. In this role you will work from our Berlin office. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end in recruitments, and work continuously to advise and coach them in all areas of talent acquisition. This will include:

  • Driving high volume recruitments from start to finish across the DACH-region
  • Collaborating directly with hiring managers and other stakeholders, and continuously support them in all areas relating to talent acquisition in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Managing communications with candidates to ensure a great candidate experience
  • Collaborating closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to continue to improve the hiring process and pipeline in the region

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for an ambitious and solution oriented Talent Acquisition professional with the ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders in a fast-paced dynamic environment. In addition to this, we believe the right person has:

  • A couple of years experience working with high volume recruitments
  • Full professional fluency in German and English
  • Experience from independently managing communication with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders

Responsibilities:
