Talent Acquisition Associate (Fresh Grads encouraged to apply) Application Deadline: 31 October 2025 Department: NightOwl Internal Employment Type: Full Time Location: NightOwl Internal Compensation: ₱18,000 - ₱24,000 / month Description The Talent Acquisition Associate provides administrative support to the recruiting team by documenting hiring needs, applications, hiring reports, and communications. Key Responsibilities Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining candidate information accurately in the recruiting tracker. The accurate creation of candidate packets in a timely manner. Assist the talent acquisition team in doing the following: online job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling job interviews Coordinate interview schedules, updates, and developments with candidates regarding their application. Conduct initial interviews. Conduct verification of new documents. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise Bachelor's degree, preferably in BSBA (HRDM) or BS/AB Psychology. But all majors are welcome! Amenable to work the graveyard shift (Philippines). With above-average communication skills. With an interest in recruitment and growth in a fast-paced environment. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition is a plus.
