Job SummaryWe are now seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Associate to join our award winning team based within our Dubai Office.ResponsibilitiesParamount to success within this varied role will include;

• Managing relationships with Hiring Managers as an internal service provider.
• Managing a full talent acquisition portfolio.
• Conducting full and detailed position briefings from Hiring Managers.
• Sourcing CV's and presenting pre-qualified short-lists to Hiring Managers with minimum KPI direct sourcing rate.
• Pre-closing candidates on salary expectations within FM and salary band parity boundaries with minimum KPI offer acceptance rate.
• Arranging interviews - International face 2 face, video conferencing and telephone interviews.
• Introducing successful candidates to HR/mobilisation.
• Database Management – ensuring the database and ATS (iCIMs) is up to date and is being utilised effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Marketing KEO as an employer of choice to potential candidates.
• QualificationsTo be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 1 to 2 years career experience with a Bachelor level qualification.
• We welcome interest from either Agency or Internal professionals and engineering and / or construction experience will be highly regarded.
