JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join a high performing Recruitment team. This role will be based on-site in Chester with hybrid working, supporting all lines of business in the France region.
As the Talent Acquisition Associate. you must be fluent in French and will be supporting a team of recruiters in the execution of professional hiring activity from Analysts through to MD hiring. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team with a focus on ensuring an efficient, compliant and quality recruitment process for both managers, candidates and internal HR stakeholders.

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with relevant parties.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assisting in onboarding new hires.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.
