  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration and Psychology, or a related field
  • You are potentially in the process of completing your Master’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 1+ years experience with recruitment A-Z
  • A team player with strong collaboration and people skills who goes the extra mile, not just for candidates, but also for your team members and colleagues
  • You are accountable, proactive, and deeply curious about people
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excelling at working independently, maintaining a strategic overview of projects, and working efficiently
  • Experience with basic recruitment software and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
  • Advantageous if you have experience with recruitment in the SaaS industry, tech roles and in fast-paced environments, such as start-ups or scale-ups
  • You are based in or near Copenhagen and can come to the office majority of your work days (we work with people so we need to be present and approachable)You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English

We are now looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Associate who is eager to grow with us, embrace the journey ahead, and contribute through both the good times and the challenges that come with scaling up. Being a team player is key!
In this role, you will play a critical part in attracting and hiring top-tier talent. You will help manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support pre- and onboarding activities, contribute to employer branding initiatives, and assist with events – all of which will directly shape our future and drive our growth.

You will collaborate with inspiring hiring managers across diverse departments, including Marketing, Sales, Design, Client Success, and Development. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, your role will include, but will not be limited to…

  • Managing multiple recruitment projects from A -> Z across different profiles and nationalities
  • Conducting efficient search&selection and screening calls to assess skill levels and organizational fit, and present and recommend candidates accordingly to management
  • Facilitate and conduct candidate interviews and case presentations both digitally and in person
  • Partnering with and advising hiring managers across all offices in aligning candidate profiles
  • Ensuring that hiring managers are always fully informed, adhere to the process, and work towards agreed hiring plans and role specifications
  • Articulate our value proposition in a way that engages and motivates active and passive candidates to join us on this growth journey
  • Maintaining professional and courteous communication and ensuring a great candidate experience with timely feedback, managing each step in the hiring process, and fostering long-term relationship
  • Take part in assisting and managing our internal Relesys app and contribute proactively to its evolvement
  • Take part in projects; Employer Branding, Events and Pre- and Onboarding processes and initiatives
