What you’ll Do We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our internal recruitment team on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract, based at our Prospect Australian Support Centre. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role supports the business by delivering end-to-end recruitment, with a strong emphasis on high-volume operational hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely, quality recruitment outcomes across operational and corporate roles. Key Responsibilities * Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies * Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management * Deliver high‑volume recruitment while maintaining strong candidate and hiring manager experience * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent pools * Develop creative and alternative sourcing strategies for complex or hard‑to‑fill roles * Lead end‑to‑end operational bulk recruitment, including coordination and delivery of warehouse staff inductions What Experience You Need. You are a detail‑oriented recruitment professional who enjoys working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities. You communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels and take pride in delivering a positive candidate experience. You will bring experience in: * Creating and posting compelling job advertisements across a range of platforms * Managing high‑volume recruitment campaigns * Providing high‑quality candidate and hiring manager care * Partnering with stakeholders across functions such as operations, finance, HR, IT, engineering and corporate teams * Analysing and presenting recruitment data and insights * Experience with Oracle HR platform would be advantageous   What We Offer: Our associates know the answer to the question What’s in it for me?
